Export your data

Export any view for Excel or as CSV or JSON, export the whole workspace with its files and recordings, or read every record through the API and MCP.

Export a view

On any list, choose Import / Export, then Export for Excel, Export as CSV or Export as JSON. The file holds the records the view is showing, with its filters, search and list, up to 50,000 of them; an Excel or CSV file of a view with more says at its end how many it left out. Each row has the record’s id and its fields, not only the columns on screen, so the file can be imported back as it is. It works on every plan, and while a workspace is read-only.

In Pages, a database exports as CSV and a page as Markdown.

Export the whole workspace

An owner or admin can export everything under Settings → General → Export everything. It is put together in the background, a few minutes at a time, and whoever asked is emailed when it’s ready; every other owner and admin is told it was taken.

It comes as zip files holding every record, the ones in Deleted items marked as such, with the links between them, their field history, files, call transcripts and pages, as CSV, JSON and Markdown, and a README saying what is where. Each recording is a download link in the list of calls rather than a file in the zip.

It leaves out email bodies, which are never kept; private pages, and pages shared only with the people invited to them; the files and calls of members who share theirs as who and when only; and the workspace’s machinery: views, dashboards, workflows, sequences, campaigns, forms, skills, agent conversations, API keys, connected accounts and billing.

The downloads last 7 days, and it can be asked for again after that. It works while a workspace is read-only, but not while it is waiting to be deleted.

The API and MCP

An owner or admin makes keys under Settings → API keys with Create key. A key reads every record through the REST API, and changes them only if Let this key change records was ticked when it was made. It is shown once, so copy it then. Each key can make 120 requests a minute, and stops working if the person who made it leaves or becomes Pages only.

Claude, ChatGPT and other assistants connect to Migaru’s MCP server with a key, or by signing in once an owner or admin allows it: see Ask the agent.
