Your CRM is out of date.
You don't have the time to update your CRM, so the data is always incomplete.
- 01
Activity never makes it into the CRM
You had five calls today. None of them are logged. Tomorrow there will be five more, and today's details will already be fuzzy. The CRM knows less than you do, and the gap keeps growing.
- 02
Records go stale within days
Someone filled in a deal stage three weeks ago. Since then there have been four emails and two calls, and none of it is reflected. The data in your CRM doesn't reflect how your deals are actually progressing.
- 03
Context lives in people's heads
You know why that deal stalled in August and which contact actually makes the call. Nobody else does. When you deploy agents or hire your first rep, they work off of incomplete context.
How automatic data capture works
Connect your email and calendar. Migaru handles the rest.
Email sync
Every email logged to the right record
Connect Gmail or Outlook. Migaru matches emails to contacts, accounts, and deals automatically. No forwarding, no BCCing, no manual logging.
Meeting capture
Every call recorded and linked to the right account
Migaru records every external meeting with a built-in recorder. Transcripts are searchable and linked to the account, without copy-pasting between apps.
Calendar sync
Meetings create and update records automatically
Schedule a meeting with a new prospect and Migaru creates the contact and account before you join the call. Schedule a follow-up and the record updates itself. No data entry at any step.
Continuous updates
Records stay current without weekly cleanups
Every email or meeting updates the relevant record. Fields that go stale in other CRMs — last contacted, deal stage, key contacts — stay accurate without anyone maintaining them.
Zero behavior change
Works without changing how you sell
Keep using Gmail, Google Calendar, and Zoom the way you already do. Migaru runs in the background.
Frequently asked questions
What data does Migaru capture automatically?
Emails sent and received, calendar events, meeting recordings and full transcripts, contact details, and account information. When a new conversation happens — over email or on a call — Migaru matches it to the right record, updates relevant fields, and extracts action items. You can also create custom fields and the AI backfills data from past conversations automatically.
Does it work with my existing email and calendar?
Yes. Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, and Outlook Calendar all connect natively. Meetings on Zoom and Google Meet are recorded with a built-in recorder. You don't need to change how you work — Migaru captures in the background using the tools you already use.
Will it create duplicate records?
Migaru matches incoming activity to existing records using email addresses, calendar attendees, and conversation context. If a contact or account already exists, new activity gets linked to it — not duplicated. You can merge records manually if needed.
Can I control what gets captured?
Yes. You choose which email accounts and calendars to connect. You can exclude internal meetings from recording, and you review AI-suggested CRM updates before they're applied. Nothing changes in your CRM without your approval.
How far back does it capture historical data?
Up to two years of email and calendar history. When you connect your accounts, Migaru syncs past conversations and rebuilds your relationship history retroactively. If you add a custom field later — say, "current CRM" or "budget timeline" — the AI scans all past conversations and backfills that field automatically.
Is my data secure?
We are SOC 2 Type II compliant. We never train models on customer data. You can export your data at any time via CSV or API.
