What we believe
Our mission is to take the upkeep out of customer relationships.
The conversation is the record
Almost everything worth knowing about a customer was said somewhere: in a thread, on a call, in a meeting. A CRM that waits for someone to type it up again will always be behind, and the people with the most to type are the ones with the least time. So we start from the conversations and write the record from them.
Software proposes, people decide
Some of a record is plain fact: who was on the call, when they last replied. Some of it is judgement: what stage a deal is in, what to say to a customer next. We keep the facts for you and ask about the judgements. No follow-up goes to a customer until a person has read it and sent it, and a cold campaign sends only once somebody has written and launched it.
What you know should outlast who knows it
Every account has a history: why it bought, what it pushed back on, who really signs. Usually that lives in one person’s inbox and memory, and it leaves when they move on. Kept on the record, it’s there for whoever picks the account up next.
So Migaru is a CRM that keeps itself, and knowing your customers no longer depends on who remembered to type.
