More accounts like your best ones.

Describe who you sell to, or pick the accounts you’d happily have more of. Migaru proposes companies that fit, scores every account with its reasons in plain view, and writes each step of your sequences for you to check and send.

At a glance

What it does
Proposes companies that fit your ideal customer, scores every account with its reasons shown, and writes each sequence step for you to approve.
New companies
From a company database, matched to the customer you describe or to at least five accounts you pick, up to ten proposals at a time.
Scores
Every account and contact starts at 50 and moves between 1 and 99 with each signal. No model is involved, and every point shows its evidence.
Sending
Sequence steps never send: an approved email goes to your own drafts, and a LinkedIn or call step to your tasks. On Growth, Outreach campaigns you launch send from mailboxes you connect for them.
Channels
Email on Pro and above, with LinkedIn and call steps on Growth, each a task for you once approved. An email reply or a bounce ends a sequence or campaign. Outreach campaigns can count opens and clicks; sequences don’t.

Most outbound starts from someone else’s list.

  1. The list doesn’t know your history

A list from a data vendor ranks a lapsed customer, an open deal and a stranger by the same firmographics. What should decide who you contact next is already in your CRM and your inbox.

  2. Scores nobody can explain

A fit score of 87 is no use if nobody can say where it came from. Reps stop trusting it and go back to choosing accounts by feel.

  3. Sequences nobody reads

Cadences on a timer go out whether or not anyone has read them, and one careless step lands in a prospect’s inbox under your name.

Why Migaru

Outbound that knows what your CRM knows.

Migaru runs outbound from the records your team already works in, so what you know about an account decides who you contact and what you say.

  1. Scores you can argue with

Every account and contact starts at 50 and moves with each signal: a meeting booked, an open deal, silence past your follow-up time, a funding round. The record lists every point and the fact behind it.

  2. Who already knows them

For each account, see which teammates have emailed or met its people, and whether each connection is strong, warm or faded. A warm introduction beats a cold first line.

  3. Drafted for you, sent by you

Each step is written when it comes due and waits for a person to approve it. An approved email goes to your own drafts, and a LinkedIn or call step to your tasks. A sequence never sends by itself, so nothing goes out that nobody has read.

What’s included with pipeline generation

Companies that fit, proposed for you

Describe your ideal customer: industries, company size, countries and the technologies they use. Migaru searches a company database for matches, skips any already in your CRM, and proposes up to ten at a time in the review queue. Nothing is added until someone approves it.

More like the accounts you pick

Select at least five accounts with a website that you’d like more of, and choose “Find more like these”. Migaru proposes up to ten similar companies, each noting the accounts you picked. Owners and admins can run it.

A score that shows its working

Scores come from each account’s own history: meetings booked, open deals, silence longer than your follow-up time, overdue commitments and how well your team knows them. On Growth, companies with a website also count fit with your ideal customer and outside signals such as a recent funding round, faster hiring or rising IT spend. Scores refresh about twice a day, and the record page lists every signal with its points and the evidence behind it.

Who knows them

Migaru looks at which teammates have emailed or met the people at each account, weighs meetings above emails and recent contact above old, and grades each connection strong, warm or faded. Ask the agent who should make the introduction and it answers from the same data.

Email sequences, written step by step

Set out the steps, the days between them (counted from when the previous step is drafted), and a note on how your team writes. When a step comes due, Migaru writes it for that contact from what the account’s record says and puts it in the review queue. Enrol contacts in bulk from the contacts table.

LinkedIn and call steps

On Growth, put LinkedIn connection requests, LinkedIn messages and calls between a sequence’s emails. Each is written from the contact’s record when it comes due and waits in the review queue; approved, it becomes a task for the rep, with the note or talking points and a link to the contact’s LinkedIn profile. Migaru never sends anything on LinkedIn and can’t see a reply there, so only an email reply stops the sequence by itself.

Contact details, looked up

On Growth, press “Find details” on a contact, or on up to 25 from the list, and Migaru looks up their work email, phone, job title, department, LinkedIn and location. By default each lands as a suggestion for you to accept, and nobody marked Do not contact is looked up.

Cold campaigns that send themselves

On Growth, write a campaign in Outreach — its steps, the days between them, and variants to test against each other — fill it from the contacts table or with a rule, and launch it. Migaru sends it from mailboxes you connect for the purpose, Google, Microsoft or any SMTP and IMAP, inside the hours you set and within each mailbox’s daily limit, climbing to it slowly, with warm-up for new addresses. Answers land in one inbox and on each contact, labelled as they arrive. A reply, bounce or unsubscribe stops the campaign for that person, a reply ends any Migaru sequence they’re in, and nobody marked Do not contact is written to. Migaru can also write each contact an opening line from their record, for you to approve first.

Answers about your pipeline

Ask the agent which industries you win most often in, which accounts have gone quiet, or which deals slipped this quarter. It counts in the database rather than skimming a sample, and for harder questions it writes and runs code over up to 2,000 records of each kind.

Frequently asked questions

Who is it for?

Teams whose customers and conversations are already in Migaru and who want more accounts like their best: founders running their own outbound, and small sales teams that would rather not maintain a separate outbound stack.

Does Migaru send the emails?

Sequence steps, no: each is written into the review queue, and approving an email step puts a draft in your own mailbox, where you send it yourself, while a LinkedIn or call step becomes a task for you. Outreach campaigns, yes, on Growth: once you launch one, Migaru sends it from mailboxes you connect for it, inside the hours and daily limits you set, and stops for anyone who replies, bounces or unsubscribes, writing each back to their record.

Where do the new companies come from?

From a company database. Prospect search matches it against the ideal customer you describe, and “Find more like these” against accounts you pick. Each proposal is a company name and website, and it becomes an account only when someone approves it. Migaru doesn’t find people at new companies: contacts come from your own mail, calendar and Slack, or you add them. On Growth, it can look up a contact’s work email, phone and title once they’re in.

How is a score worked out?

Every score starts at 50. An open deal, a booked meeting, new people joining the conversation or a strong connection add points; silence longer than your follow-up time (a month unless you set it anywhere from a week to three months), a thread waiting on your reply, a deal stuck in one stage for three weeks since it last moved or an overdue commitment take them away. On Growth, fit with your ideal customer and signals like a recent funding round count too, for companies with a website. The result stays between 1 and 99, no model is involved, and the record page shows every signal behind it.

Does it cover LinkedIn, calls or SMS?

LinkedIn and calls, on Growth; SMS, no. A sequence can have LinkedIn connection-request, LinkedIn message and call steps, each written for review and, once approved, made a task for you to do yourself: Migaru never sends anything on LinkedIn and can’t see a reply there. Outreach campaigns are email only. Sequences don’t count opens or clicks; email replies and bounces come in through mail sync, and either one ends the contact’s sequence before the next step is written.

Do I need to use Migaru as my CRM?

Yes. Scores, warm paths and sequences all work from your records and conversations in Migaru. Scores start from whatever records you have, imported or synced; warm paths and sequence steps start once your mailbox and calendar are connected.

Which plans include pipeline generation?

Account scores, warm paths and answers about your pipeline are on every plan, from Starter at $62 per user per month. Sequences come with Pro and above. Prospecting, advanced enrichment, multi-channel sequences and outreach come with Growth and above. Starter and Pro start with a 14-day free trial.
