Product

Every meeting, already in the CRM.
Prep before the call, commitments after it.

Migaru reads your calendar and your inbox, so every external meeting arrives with the account, the people, the open deals and what was last said — and leaves behind the things somebody promised to do.

Get everything you need to prep for calls and follow up to move deals forward.

  1. 01

Meeting prep gets rushed or skipped

Migaru drafts prep for every external meeting from the account, the people in the room, recent threads, open deals and outstanding tasks. You walk in knowing what was discussed last and what to focus on.

  2. 02

Action items slip through the cracks

Migaru reads the threads around a meeting for things your team said it would do, and turns each one into a task on the right record. Nothing slips because nobody wrote it down.

  3. 03

Your notes and your CRM don't talk

Meetings, email and Slack land on the same record as the deal, and the timeline says where each thing came from. Everything you need without leaving the CRM.

What the AI meeting assistant does

Capture

Every external meeting on the record, without anyone logging it

Migaru syncs your Google Calendar and Gmail, creates the account and contacts it has not seen before, and links the meeting to the right deal. Internal and personal meetings are left out.

Prep

A brief before every external call

The account, who is in the room, what was last said in email, which deals are open and what is still outstanding — assembled for meetings in the next 48 hours, on the record and ready when you are.

Commitments

What your team promised, as tasks

Migaru reads the thread around a meeting for commitments — send the pricing, introduce the security lead, follow up Thursday — and creates a task for each, linked back to the message it came from.

Follow-ups

Drafted, never sent

When a follow-up comes due, Migaru writes it against what was actually discussed and puts it in the review queue. You read it, and it goes to your own Gmail drafts. Migaru has no way to send email on your behalf.

Sharing

A meeting page you can send to anyone

Title, time, who was there, the summary, the notes and the open action items — on a link that works without signing in, and stops working the moment you revoke it.

Frequently asked questions

Does it record or transcribe my calls?

No. Migaru does not join calls and has no recorder. It works from your calendar and your email: what a meeting was, who was on it, and what was written before and after. If you use a recorder like Granola, you can connect it as an MCP server and Migaru will read from it alongside everything else.

How is this different from tools like Granola or Fathom?

They record the call. Migaru is the CRM around it — the account, the deal, the thread, the tasks — and the agent reasons across your full customer history rather than one meeting at a time. They are complementary, and you can point Migaru at one of them through MCP.

What do I need to connect?

Google Calendar and Gmail, which take about two minutes. Migaru syncs up to two years of history and builds the accounts, contacts and opportunities out of it. Slack is optional and adds channel conversations to the same records.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Migaru is a web app and there is no extension. Once your calendar is connected, external meetings appear on the right records on their own, and internal ones are left out.

Can I share a meeting with someone outside the workspace?

Yes. Every meeting has a shareable link carrying the title, time, named attendees, summary, notes and open action items. It never includes the prep brief, the account, or anybody's email address, and you can revoke it at any time.

Is my data secure?

We never train models on customer data, and you can export everything at any time via CSV or API. Our current security and compliance documentation is on the trust page.
