There’s rarely time to reread the thread before a call. Migaru writes a brief for upcoming external meetings from the account, the people attending, recent threads, other meetings, open deals and open tasks, so you walk in knowing where things stand. A first call with someone new may have too little on file for one.

Migaru syncs your Google or Outlook calendar, creates contacts and accounts for the people you book with, and links each meeting to its account, and to the deal when the account has a single open deal. Meetings with nobody from outside are left out by default.

Notetaker
A notetaker on your calls
Turn it on in Settings → Mail and calendar, for your external meetings or all of them, and a bot joins your Google Meet, Zoom and Teams calls at their start time as your notetaker, says so in the chat, records video and audio, and files the transcript on the meeting with the recording beside it. Send it to a single meeting, or keep it out of one, from the meeting’s page. Zoom lets it in only alongside somebody who has connected their Zoom account and is in the call.

Transcripts from any other recorder
Drop in the files another recorder exports, several at once: subtitles, text, Word or PDF. Migaru matches each one to its meeting by date, speakers and title, makes a meeting for a call your calendar never had, files it on the account or contact when it can’t pick one, and tells you where each one went, or why it couldn’t place it.

What each side promised, as tasks
Migaru reads every call its notetaker records and every transcript you upload for commitments: send the pricing, introduce the security lead, follow up on Thursday. When it can tell who spoke for you, yours become tasks and theirs become tasks to chase. With “Read message bodies” on, it reads new outside email threads the same way.

Find the moment something was said
Search every call from the command bar, or ask the agent. Answers link to the exact turn in the transcript, highlighted, with the time into the call when the file had timestamps.
Follow-ups
Drafted, never sent
When a task comes due, Migaru can draft the follow-up from what was promised and put it in the review queue. Approve it and it goes to your own drafts. A follow-up is never sent for you.
Coaching
How you came across, for your eyes only
Turn on coaching and, after a recorded call about one of your deals, Migaru tells you what landed, what to try differently and what you might have said instead, with how much you talked against how much you listened. A line quoted from the call links to the moment you said it. Only you see it. On any call you spoke on, press “Coach me on this call” for the same.

Title, time, who from outside was there, the summary, notes and open action items, on a link that works without signing in and stops working the moment you revoke it.
Frequently asked questions
Does it record or transcribe my calls?
Yes, once you turn the notetaker on. It joins your Google Meet, Zoom and Teams calls, records video and audio, transcribes them, and files the transcript on the meeting with the recording beside it. It’s off for each person until they turn it on, for their external meetings or all of them, and any meeting can be sent one or kept clear of it. If you already use another recorder, you can keep it: drop its transcripts in and Migaru files them the same way.
Do I still need a meeting recorder?
No. The notetaker records Google Meet, Zoom and Teams calls on every plan. Prep, capture and sharing work from your calendar and email alone; a recorded or uploaded call adds a summary, commitments turned into tasks, and search across every call. For calls it can’t join, such as phone calls, upload the transcripts from whatever recorded them.
What do I need to connect?
Your mailbox and calendar, from Google or Microsoft 365, which take a couple of minutes. Migaru reads up to two years of history and builds contacts and accounts out of it. Slack is optional, and an admin adds it from settings. To have the notetaker join your Zoom calls, connect your Zoom account as well.
Is there anything to install?
Nothing. It runs in the browser, with no extension, and the notetaker joins your calls from Migaru’s side, so there’s nothing to install for it either. Once your calendar is connected, the external meetings you set up, and those with people already in your CRM, appear on the right records by themselves.
Can I share a meeting with someone outside the workspace?
Yes. Any meeting can be shared as a link carrying its title, time, the names of outside attendees, summary, notes and open action items. It never shows the prep brief, the account record, the transcript itself or anyone’s email address, and you can revoke it at any time.
Is my data secure?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we don’t train models on customer data. Recordings are kept privately and play only for the people who can read the transcript. A shared meeting link never carries the transcript or the recording, and it stops working the moment you revoke it.
