# AI sales assistant: The admin gets done. You get back to selling.

> An AI sales assistant that keeps your CRM current from email, calendar and calls, turns promises into tasks, preps meetings and drafts follow-ups.

Migaru reads your email, calendar and calls, keeps your accounts current, turns promises into tasks and, once you switch it on, drafts the follow-ups for you to send, so the day goes on customers instead of the CRM.

## At a glance

- **What it does:** Keeps accounts and contacts current from email, calendar and calls, turns promises into tasks, preps external meetings and drafts follow-ups.
- **Works with:** Gmail or Outlook with its calendar, Slack, a notetaker for Google Meet, Zoom and Teams calls, and transcript files from any recorder.
- **History:** Reads back up to two years of mail and calendar when you connect.
- **Drafts:** Follow-ups are off until someone switches them on, wait in a review queue, and go to your own drafts for you to send.
- **Setup:** A few minutes. Accounts, contacts, deals, meetings, tasks and notes come ready, with no schema to design.

## Every conversation leaves admin behind.

Someone has to log it, remember what was promised and write the follow-up. Usually nobody does.

### New people never reach the CRM

Someone new joins a call or replies from a new address, and nobody adds them. A month later nobody remembers who they were or which company they came from.

### Promises get forgotten

“I’ll send the pricing on Thursday” is said on a call and remembered by the customer. On your side it lives in someone’s notes, if it lives anywhere.

### Answers are buried in threads

What was their budget again? Who pushed back on the timeline? The answer is in a call or a thread somewhere, and finding it takes longer than asking around.

## What the assistant does

It works from the same records your team does. It asks before changing a field that needs a judgement, adding a company you’ve never talked to, or putting a draft in your mailbox, and tells you whenever it opens a deal.

### Capture: New people and companies, added as you meet them

Connect your mailbox and calendar and Migaru creates contacts and accounts for the people you’ve been emailing and the outside guests at meetings you set up, files each conversation on them, and keeps last-contact dates current. When a company is plainly buying, or someone writes in asking to, it opens the deal and tells you why, unless you’ve switched that off. When an account has a single open deal, its new conversations are linked to it.

### Commitments: Promises turned into tasks

Migaru reads every call its notetaker records and every transcript you upload, and outside email threads if you turn on “Read message bodies”, for what each side promised. What you owe becomes a task; what they owe becomes one to chase. Each links back to the conversation it came from.

### Prep: A brief before your external meetings

For meetings in the next two days, Migaru writes a brief on the meeting itself: where things stand, who’s in the room and what’s worth raising, drawn from the account, recent threads, earlier meetings, open deals and open tasks.

### Follow-ups: Follow-ups drafted when they come due

When a task with a contact on it comes due, Migaru drafts the email from what was promised, in the voice of whoever owns the task, and puts it in the review queue. Approve it and it goes to your own drafts, ready for you to edit and send. It’s off until someone switches it on in mail settings.

### Questions: Ask, and get answers with sources

Ask the agent, in the app or in a Slack direct message, what a customer said about pricing, or which accounts have gone quiet. It searches your calls and records, and its answers cite the call moment, meeting or thread each point came from.

### Slack: Ask from Slack

Write to Migaru in a Slack direct message and the agent answers there, as you, with links to the records behind it. A change it proposes comes with Accept and Dismiss, and you can have your notifications sent there too. It never posts in a channel.

### Research: Research with sources

On Pro, the agent searches the web when a question needs the outside world, and links every page it used. Press “Research” on an account or contact and it writes a note with its sources, and offers what it found for fields as suggestions to review. It never searches for anyone’s personal email or phone number.

### Pipeline: See what moved and what slipped

Ask which deals slipped this quarter and why, or how win rates compare across industries. Migaru counts in the database, rebuilds what the pipeline looked like on any past date since your deals came into Migaru, and for harder questions runs code over up to 2,000 records of each kind. Keep the numbers you check every week on a dashboard.

## Frequently asked questions

### How quickly can we get started?

In a few minutes. Connect Gmail or Outlook along with its calendar, and Migaru reads back through up to two years of history, creating contacts and accounts for the people you’ve been emailing and meeting. There’s no schema to design first: accounts, contacts, deals, meetings, tasks and notes come ready, and you can add fields and objects whenever you need them.

### What does it connect to?

Gmail or Outlook, with its calendar, Slack, and Zoom for the notetaker, which also joins Google Meet and Teams calls. Transcripts from any other recorder come in as files: subtitles, text, Word or PDF. The Migaru agent can also read from the other apps your team uses, like Granola, Notion, Linear and Stripe, by signing in to their MCP servers from Settings, or from any other MCP server you add. Your records can be read and written through the API and Migaru’s own MCP server.

### Whose voice are the drafts in?

Yours. Each person has a short note on how they write: how they open and sign off, how long they run, how formal they are. Write it yourself in settings, or, with “Read message bodies” and follow-up drafts on, let Migaru learn it from your own recent sent mail, which is read in memory and never stored. Follow-ups are written in the voice of whoever owns the promise, sequences follow your team’s note on how it writes, and every draft waits for you to edit and send it.

### Do I have to set up stages and fields first?

No. Migaru starts with standard objects and a default set of deal stages, and fills in what it can from your conversations. Add fields, stages and objects as your process takes shape. A new field can then be filled from past conversations, once you’ve seen how many records that will read.

### What about the data in my current CRM?

Export it as CSV and import one object at a time, up to 50,000 rows per file, mapping columns to fields. The migration page says what comes across and what doesn’t. Connecting your mailbox and calendar builds contacts and accounts from the people you’ve been emailing and meeting either way, whatever the old CRM had in it.

### Is my data secure?

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, mailbox and connector credentials are encrypted again inside the database, and we don’t train models on customer data. Our SOC 2 Type II audit and HIPAA work are both under way. Ask us where they stand and we’ll tell you plainly rather than point at a badge we don’t have yet.

### Which plans include the sales assistant?

Capture, commitments, meeting prep, follow-up drafts, the notetaker and the agent, in the app and in Slack, are on every plan, from Starter at $62 per user per month. Dashboards and web research come with Pro and above. Starter and Pro start with a 14-day free trial.
