# Invite your team and choose their roles

> Invite people by email, choose what each can do as an owner, admin, member or Pages only, and see how seats are counted on each plan.

## Invite someone

Owners and admins invite people under **Settings → Members**: enter their address under **Invite by email**, choose a **Role**, and press **Invite**. An invitation lasts seven days. **Resend** gives it another week, and brings back one that has expired; **Revoke** takes it back.

Only an owner can make somebody an owner, by inviting them as one or by changing their role.

## Roles

- **Owner**: everything, including deleting the workspace. A workspace always keeps at least one.
- **Admin**: everything but making owners, changing an owner’s role and deleting the workspace. Admins invite people and look after billing, Slack, API keys, sign-in settings and the whole-workspace export.
- **Member**: uses the CRM and connects their own mailbox, but doesn’t invite people, change roles, or look after billing or Slack.
- **Pages only**, on Pro and above: writes and reads Pages, and never sees a record, a meeting or the agent. Their mail and calendar stop syncing, the notetaker stops, and their API keys stop working, until they are made a member again.

Change someone’s role on the Members page; it saves as you choose it.

## Seats

Everyone in the workspace takes a seat, whatever their role, and so does every invitation that hasn’t expired. The Members page shows how many are used.

- Starter is $35 per user per month, billed monthly, for 1 to 3 users.
- Pro is $399 per month for the workspace, billed annually, with 5 users included and more at $80 per user per month.
- Growth is $799 per month for the workspace, billed annually, with 10 users included and more at $80 per user per month.

Add seats under **Settings → Billing**. To grow past what your plan takes, or to move to another plan, write to [support@migaru.ai](mailto:support@migaru.ai).

## When someone leaves

There’s no way to take somebody out of a workspace from the Members page yet. They can delete their own account under **Settings → Profile** → **Delete your account**, or write to [support@migaru.ai](mailto:support@migaru.ai) and we’ll take them out. Records they owned pass to another owner.
